Your biggest problem seems to be the hands, as i can see how you're trying to hide them in most drawings. You got some good basics to start from, still there is still lot for you to learn. But you're probalby still very young, so young that you shouldnt even be browsing this site. Of course being young has the advantage that you cant take the critique and use it to improve you works early, therefore get good at young age. What the hell am I rambling about?

You need to research more things like body structure, anatomy and as most important, take notice how the human body works.

Here she holds her hands up, but her shoulders dont follow.
My redlines are messy as always, and my anatomy knowledge isnt perfect, but ive marked important bonestructures blue and take note on how the deltion muscle acts(marked green).
Also, i recommend getting a scanner.
