There isn't realy a move too, best you can do is to just copy the section and move the copy to where you want it, although the whitespace in the copy will overwrite anything you have there and you can only copy in a square.

Also, apparently Viera genetics are compatible with Hume genetics, but are wholly dominant. Thus a Viera can get pregnant from a Hume male, but the child will always be a Viera.
